About us
We are a Spiritual Centre who originally opened their doors on the 10th of May 2012.
Since August 2015 we, Deborah Lochrie and Beverley Todd, have taken over running the centre.
We are two sisters who have, between us, been involved in the spiritual movement for over fifty years. As working mediums ourselves we had served the centre but when the previous organisers decided they wanted to finish we decided it was a great opportunity to take over the centre ourselves.
We have been involved with various projects in the past including:

Deborah ran Shadowlands Psychic Club for over five years;

We were involved with Albert Road Spiritualist Church in Blackpool. Both serving on the committee, Deborah as President and Beverley as Vice-President;.

Deborah ran the church development class for several years whilst at the church;

Both are working Mediums; with Beverley working as a psychic artist while Deborah works as a clairvoyant.
As soon as we took over and walked through the centres door we felt the love and energy and knew it was the right move for us.
We pride ourselves on ensuring everyone who comes through our doors is given a warm welcome. Whether it is your first time or you are a regular to our services we aim to make you feel at ease.
We are approachable and there to help answer any questions you may have in a friendly environment.
What is Mediumship
To understand what mediumship is and how it works, we must first understand a little about who we are, how we are made and how we are able to function as human beings.
We are all physical beings with material bodies. Held within that is an energy, which animates us and allows us to think, act and react to the world around us.
This energy is known as our spirit. When we “die” it is the physical body that wilts and withers away not our spirit. Our spirit being pure energy cannot die as energy cannot be destroyed, it merely changes form. Therefore, our life energy/spirit, which is that part of us that holds all our thoughts, feelings, memories and personality continues to exist albeit in a different non physical way after what we know as “death”.
In this world, as we are at the moment, we are able to see all that is around us at a physical level. However for mediums it is possible for them to register either by seeing (clairvoyance), hearing (clairaudience) or sensing (clairsentience) the energy/spirit personality of our loved ones in their new found form. Theses loved ones are members of our friends and family we know to have “died”. This ability allows the medium to make contact and gain information/evidence from your loved ones who have passed to the higher side of life thus enabling them to prove that they have survived “death” and that they are safe and well in another realm of existence. This work is demonstrated in a variety of ways for example through an evening of clairvoyance which we hold weekly at our Centre.
Through spiritual communication we hope to provide evidence of survival of the human spirit after the physical death. We do not profess to provide proof as witnessing a demonstration of mediumship should be viewed as an opportunity to gather your own evidence; it is for you to decide whether the evidence is substantial. In time we hope you will gather sufficient evidence to swing the balance of your opinion to accept the concept of survival of the spirit.
